Maintenance Manager

Our client, an industry leader in the manufacture and distribution of foils, films and laminates in Osgood, Indiana seeks a Maintenance Manager. This position is critical to the operations of the business and will help lead special projects.  The successful candidate will earn an approximate salary of $60,000 - $70,000 annually.

The Maintenance Manager will:

  • Determine, prioritize, and initiate operational improvements throughout facility.
  • Lead Maintenance operations and projects.
  • Manage preventative maintenance programs, develop, and sustain procedure manuals.
  • Support operational business units including regulatory compliance
  • Eliminate wastefulness, ensure product quality and safe manufacturing process.

Ideal Maintenance Manager candidates have:

  • BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial preferred).
  • 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing engineer role with project management and/or maintenance background preferred.
  • Experience with electrical/controls and PLCs
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCad.
  • Willingness to train in Lean/Toyota Production System.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for limited periods.
