They are seeking an Operations Specialist that will be an integral part of their talented team at Peine Engineering.

As the Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in both administrative and operational functions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing service call reporting, invoicing, and past-due statements to ensure timely client communication
  • Managing vehicle and refrigerant tracking programs, including fleet maintenance and compliance documentation
  • Supporting financial operations including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, electronic payments, and year-end accounting preparations
  • Coordinating vendor relationships and maintaining accurate customer safety, warranty, and compliance records
  • Handling employee documentation and maintaining customer/vendor records in the accounting system
  • Ensuring quality assurance through document control, PO management, and service contract tracking
What We’re Looking For:
  • A self-motivated, dependable professional who can work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of financial operations, including GAAP accounting principles, payroll, taxes, and AP/AR, is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products
  • Familiarity with the construction or HVAC industry, and experience with business licensing or permitting, is a plus
