Our client Servicecorp is seeking an Associate Vice President of Business Partnership to join their team. Headquartered on the north side of Indy, Servicecorp is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Indiana Credit Union League which networks the volume of credit unions, providing affordable products and services to credit unions across Indiana and Illinois 

In this role, the AVP of Business Partnership will be responsible for operational support and the marketing and administration of Servicecorp services and business partnerships. They will play a key role in shaping and promoting valuable solutions for credit unions across Indiana and Illinois.

What You’ll Do: 

Shared Branching 

• Develop and implement annual business and marketing plans. 
• Prepare and present financial projections, and other sales materials for prospective credit unions. 
• Coordinate and troubleshoot operational support for branches as needed to ensure efficient operations.   

Credit Union Centers (a shared branching CUSO in Indiana and Illinois) 

• Facilitate board meetings, annual planning sessions and annual meetings for the CUSO; oversee development of board packets, and implementation of business development directives from the board. 
• Support internal processes and direct marketing to promote products and services to credit unions. 
• Monitor and report on business partnerships and performance. 
• Establish and maintain relationships with credit union contacts. 
• Represent League/Servicecorp at credit union functions. 
• Develop marketing collateral to promote Servicecorp products and services to our credit unions. 

Product Area Development 

• Maintain overall knowledge of the marketplace and identify new products and services with added value to credit unions and Servicecorp. 
• Develop proposals for new business opportunities or enhancements to existing products.  
• Develop strategic alliances and monitor performance of existing partnerships in meeting expectations. 

What We’re Looking For:  

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or a related field.  
• 5–7 years in financial institutions, credit union experience is highly preferred. 
• Experience leading or supervising a team is helpful.  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication. 
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. 
• Analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform strategic planning.  
• Confident presenting to diverse audiences, from small teams to large conferences. 
• Availability to travel 1-3 times per month to branches in Indiana and Illinois, some overnight travel for conferences annually.
