Our client, the Indiana Credit Union League, is a not-for-profit trade association supporting credit unions across Indiana. This role provides the unique opportunity to guide and educate member credit unions on regulatory compliance while offering expertise in audits, regulations, and risk.
Position Highlights:
- Salary: Starting at $90,000

- Compliance:
- Provide information, guidance, and education on final rules and regulations, including laws and regulatory guidance to credit union staff, management, and officials.
- Respond to inquiries (email, phone, in-person) with thorough research and tailored recommendations.
- Assist with the development of comment letters during rulemaking phase
- Provide marketing support for regulatory compliance management systems.
- Collaborate with credit unions on resolutions to examiner and auditor findings.
- On-Site Support:
- Conduct site visits to review operations, assess compliance, and identify educational needs.
- Recommend and present educational programs for credit union staff and leadership.
- Assist with financial analysis, trends, and strategic planning.
- Education & Training:
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations through webinars, conferences, and in-person events.
- Promote available services and resources to member organizations.
- Facilitate planning sessions, including preparation, facilitation, reporting, and follow-up.
- Provide marketing support for organizational initiatives and business partner products.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in financial institutions, specializing in Regulatory Compliance including: Fair Credit Reporting Act (Reg V), Bank Secrecy Act, Truth in Savings Act (Reg DD)
- Leadership or management experience is highly valued.
- Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Project management expertise, including task and schedule management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident in presenting to diverse audiences, from small teams to large conferences.
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
- Eager to expand expertise and take initiative.
Additional Details
- Periodic travel throughout Indiana, including occasional overnight stays, is required.
