What You’ll Be Doing
The Clinical Fellow SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech or language needs, formulate individualized treatment programs, maintain appropriate records, and communicate with teachers, parents, and members of the student's support team about students' progress.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conducting evaluations and developing diagnoses, treatment plans, and measurable goals
  • Providing direct speech, language, and feeding therapy services
  • Modifying treatment plans based on progress and changing needs
  • Documenting services in accordance with organizational requirements
  • Communicating with families, service coordinators, and other stakeholders regarding progress and outcomes
  • Supporting students or clinical fellows as requested


What They’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Pediatric experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel between work locations in the Indianapolis area as scheduled
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based pediatric interventions
  • Ability to assess, synthesize information, and make thoughtful clinical recommendations
  • Experience developing and adapting treatment plans aligned with family goals
  • Clear, compassionate communication with children, families, and professionals
  • Strong organization and time management for effective caseload management
  • Comfort with clinical documentation and basic computer systems
